RULES

General Rules

  • All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times! No exceptions!

  • No smoking anywhere in the facility.  Outside, there is a place to put your butts. USE IT!

  • No profanity, foul language or temper tantrums.  This is a family facility.  Please have a positive attitude. This is a hobby and supposed to be FUN!

  • The Track is not responsible for personal injury

  • No alcohol, drugs, firearms, or any illegal items are allowed ANYWHERE inside or outside at any time.  Offenders will be banned from the facility and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

  • No chemicals. 

  • No compressors. 

  • No generators.

  • Misuse or damage to our property, premises, facility, and/or parking lot will be prosecuted by both The Track and the City of Gaithersburg.

  • ANY & ALL vehicles must pass inspection before use. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • A towel or cloth must be used to cover your pit table surface. When racing you should have a pit towel, paper towels & your own tools. Always clean your pit table when you are done!

  • Do not drop soldering iron on floor, or use floor as a work surface.

  • The Track is not responsible for any theft, lost, or stolen items. You are responsible for your own things.

  • Do not give the corner marshals a hard time. YOU are the one that wrecked!

By being-at or using The Track or other related facilities or areas on the premises, you are agreeing that you accept and voluntarily assume any and all risks of property damage, personal injury or death, and release the City of Gaithersburg and The Track and its agents, employees, directors, officers, and shareholders from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage which results in any way from conditions on or about the premises and facilities, negligence, the operations of the track area including, but not limited to, business, repairs, entertainment, actions or omissions of other patrons on the premises, employees or agents of The Track, or anyone's participation while on the premises, or any other activities on the premises for any and all such damage or injury of any kind which may result.
Further, you also agree to assume all risk of personal injury or loss of damage to yourself, spouse, family member, child, or any of your property. Mimi (nor The Track, nor the City of Gaithersburg) is not responsible for, nor may be held accountable for, nor liable for, in any way, any kind of loss, damage, liability, expense, cost or other fees as the result of any event, accident, injury, or other loss caused in any way at The Track's premises for which a person or persons may seek damages or any other remedy from The Track or the City of Gaithersburg.
